ITMS was established in autumn 2007 by Bob Barker a retired Navy Veteran who’s passion in horticulture and design has _________ and student at Cuyamacha College who has been studying Landscape and irrigations design, Turf Management and construction. With over 30 years of experience within the landscape industry Bob is able to apply this knowledge providing a well designed professional landscape with ITMS.
